Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club is seeking an energetic and skilled Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. The Pizza Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and other menu items at their station, ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and proper food-handling procedures in a fast-paced, upscale kitchen environment.

  • Report to the supervisor at the start of each shift to review responsibilities and special instructions.
  • Set up and prepare the pizza station for service.
  • Operate and maintain the pizza oven and all related equipment.
  • Ensure proper inventory levels of station coolers and shelves; keep work areas organized, clean, and sanitary.
  • Stock and maintain the POS printer with paper before service.
  • Clean and sanitize assigned areas including refrigeration units, countertops, and condiment shelves.
  • Organize, label, and date all items in walk-in and reach-in coolers.
  • Follow and consistently recreate recipes to ensure quality standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and quality-driven.
  • Ability to train, mentor, and work collaboratively with others.
  • Previous pizza-making or oven experience is a plus.
