Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant trade certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in countertop installation or related field.
• Strong understanding of various materials including marble, granite, and quartz.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install countertops, vanity tops, and fireplace surrounds according to industry standards and project specifications.
• Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure a perfect fit during installation.
• Collaborate with project managers and designers to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Utilize proper tools and equipment for installation, including lifts, saws, and leveling devices.
• Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage during installation and transportation.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on installation tools and equipment as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns during the installation process.
