About The Position

Mustang Cat is hiring a Countersales Representative to join our team in Willis, Texas. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate parts orders, and supporting all areas of the Parts Department. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role
• Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment or parts
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent professional communication: verbal, written, email, and phone
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to providing exceptional service
• Positive, outgoing personality

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Familiarity with Caterpillar systems (e.g., SIS, DBS)
• Previous experience in heavy equipment, parts, or industrial sales

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all customers
• Ensure accuracy in all parts orders
• Assist customers in identifying required parts, including part numbers, quantities, freight options, and delivery timelines
• Support other areas of the Parts Department as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
