As a Counterintelligence (CI) Targeter, you use your specialized functional, technical, and military experience to coordinate, monitor, and assess CI activities in support of your client. Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience as a Counterintelligence (CI) or Human Intelligence (HUMINT) targeting officer
  • Experience using multiple intelligence disciplines in the planning and execution of analytic support to counterintelligence activities
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member in a high operational-tempo environment
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 30+ years of experience working in a professional environment, Associate's degree and 24+ years of experience working in a professional environment, Bachelor's degree and 22+ years of experience working in a professional environment, or Master's degree 20+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  • Completion of a foundational targeting course, including Joint CI-HUMINT Analytical Targeting Course (JCHATC), Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC), HUMINT Targeting Tradecraft Seminar (HTTS) Course, or Intelligence Community (IC) Targeting Officer Course

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting joint or interagency operations preferred
  • Experience in the Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) Area of Responsibility.
