About The Position

The Counterintelligence Agent position at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) involves conducting Offensive Counterintelligence (OFCO) operations, mentoring others, and applying decision-making techniques in complex situations. Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience conducting Offensive CI operations (OFCO).

• Experience mentoring others in OFCO.

• In-depth understanding of how OFCO supports DoD and USG stakeholders.
• Four or more years of experience conducting OFCO.
