Requirements

  • Meets assigned shift requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous cash handling preferred.
  • Basic math and writing skills.
  • Able to interact with guests and co-workers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Possess problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending the English language.

Responsibilities

  • Report to store management and ensure all guests are well taken care of.
  • Handle all counter transactions in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner.
  • Handle monetary transactions, take telephone orders, prepare, pack, and serve food items to guests.
  • Support other counter functions to ensure the efficient and effective flow of counter operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and thanking guests while anticipating their wants and needs.
  • Take guest orders accurately, using suggestive selling techniques when possible.
  • Accurately enter orders into the POS system and process payments properly.
  • Pack and check orders to ensure they are completed to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work and guest area through constant cleaning and organizing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
