About The Position

Mayvin, Inc. is actively searching for a Counter Un-Crewed Systems (CUXS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support special operations at Ft. Bragg, NC. This role specifically involves defeating emerging threats from uncrewed systems. Must be a US Citizen Must have a Top Secret clearance. Conduct research and manage programs related to the acquisition, development, and sustainment of (CUXS) technologies. Provide in-depth technical analysis of highly specialized systems and technologies to support decision-making, synchronization, and prioritization. Draft and review acquisition and program documentation, including ICDs, CDDs, SOWs, and AARs. Coordinate with teams across government, industry, and labs to ensure alignment of program objectives. Participate in demonstrations, planning teams, and acceptance/operational testing. Track advancements in COTS equipment and integrate new tech into existing systems. Advise on acquisition strategies and overall project goals within the CUXS/ETD portfolio. Utilize expertise in research principals, capability development, and diverse engineering disciplines to execute program management tasks. Effectively address both current and future capability development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have a Top Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Over twelve (12) years of expertise in Program/Project Management, Defense Acquisition, Contracting, and Test & Evaluation
  • Knowledge of Force Protection, Counter Un-crewed Systems, Missile Defense, Electronic Warfare, Cyber, and Special Operations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • DAU PM level I certified or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • DAU PM level II
  • DAU T&E level I or equivalent certified
