About The Position

The NAPA Automotive Parts Specialist role is designed for individuals with a passion for automotive parts and customer service. This position involves sourcing and providing parts for fleet customers, assisting team members, and ensuring high-quality customer interactions in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn about auto parts
• High School Diploma or GED; Technical or Trade school courses or degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers
• Ability to work on or around an airport environment in a shop environment.

Nice To Haves

• Background and/or passion for the automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership
• Experience in airport ground support equipment
• Knowledge of cataloging, sourcing, and/or inventory management systems
• ASE Certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for fleet customers.
• Use parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members and answer customer questions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians.
• Bring customer focus and high energy to a fast-paced environment.
• Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced.
• Inform customers on parts availability.
