Responsibilities

• Serve customers across their entire journey, from the case, sandwich counter, and bakery.
• Prepare sandwiches from the menu.
• Maintain the deli, including slicing deli meats and cheese, and preparing veggies like apples and lettuce.
• Fulfill catering orders.
• Ring out orders.
• Receive catering orders.
• Advise on dishes, including ingredients, portions, and pairings.
• Maintain the front of house, including stocking items, inventory, and cleaning duties.
