We’re assembling a new team to help shape a warm, welcoming space rooted in great food, hospitality, and connection. Overview We’re looking for friendly, upbeat people to join our Counter Service team at our upcoming location in Ardmore! This role is all about creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest, from greeting them with a smile to helping them choose the perfect pastry or coffee. You’ll become a pro on all things Buttery so you can confidently guide guests through their visit. You’ll handle orders and transactions, keep our pastry displays looking beautiful, and help maintain a clean and inviting space. Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork are key. You’ll be a big part of the guest experience and help bring our hospitality standards to life alongside the rest of our amazing team. We have part-time and full time positions available. The starting wage is $10-14/hour + tips and is based on experience, with opportunities to grow based on performance. There are multiple shifts available, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
