About The Position

Counter Server & Cashier team members ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a guest-friendly environment. This includes but is not limited to, greeting and acknowledging every guest in a positive manner, menu and product knowledge, keeping a clean and sanitary environment and all other components of the restaurant’s guest service standards while growing as part of a team!

Requirements

• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Ability to always be positive, attentive, and hospitable.
• A willingness to learn and grow.
• Valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (or have valid work permit).
• Reliable transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding service by providing a guest-friendly environment.
• Greet and acknowledge every guest in a positive manner.
• Maintain menu and product knowledge.
• Keep a clean and sanitary environment.
• Adhere to the restaurant’s guest service standards.
