About The Position

The Win~Dow is a daytime scratch kitchen burger joint opened by the team behind the beloved Venice steakhouse, American Beauty. This establishment is not your typical burger joint; our quality-obsessed chefs grill burgers with the same attention and skill as they do the prime cut steaks at American Beauty. The Win~Dow has quickly grown from a humble neighborhood stand to a cult-followed destination, serving over 3,000 happy guests weekly. We are looking for team-oriented and guest-focused service team members to be the first smiling face guests see! This position offers part-time hours.

Requirements

• At least 1 full year of experience as a Service Team Member in a fast casual restaurant environment
• Strong dedication to providing great service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work well with others

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a scratch kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
