About The Position

Join our fast-paced team as a Counter Server, providing friendly service, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. As a Counter Server, you will demonstrate exceptional guest service skills when selling food and beverage items to either guests or employees and inform guests of casino facilities and their location. You will continually operate the cash register or cash bank, accept payment for food and beverage products ensuring accuracy when making change, and be extremely responsive to guest's questions regarding food items, prices, methods of preparation, items on sale, and availability of various food and beverage products. You will also ensure that your assigned area is kept orderly and continually clean and sanitize the counter in designated areas, as well as assist in the dining area as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to speak English.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience is a plus.
• Ability to ring in orders, count money, make correct change, and settle checks on the Point of Sale system.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.
