Join our fun team! Our restaurant is looking for counter servers for full-time and part-time positions at our Redmond location! The restaurant is located at 16595 Redmond Way, suite 100, Redmond, WA 98052. At Due’ Cucina Italiana we love food that is real, fresh and authentic. We serve homemade pasta bowls and other dishes inspired by the best of the Italian tradition. Demonstrate and uphold our company core values at all times.
Learn and master the art of making fresh pasta.
Familiarize yourself with our menu and guide customers through their Due' experience.
Communicate effectively with delivery drivers (UberEats, DoorDash, etc) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate menu inventory across all delivery platforms.
Ensure compliance with Covid-19 precautionary measures in the dining area.
Collaborate with BOH team members or managers to address customer concerns or dissatisfaction with any dish.
Maintain cleanliness in all dining areas and the pasta lab, especially after pasta preparation is completed.
Greet every customer warmly to ensure they feel welcome.
Other duties as necessary or assigned.

Minimum 21 years old (alcohol service required)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to work under stress
Possesses or willing to obtain a current Food Handler Card and Alcohol Server Permit

Ability to speak or understand Spanish a plus (although not required)
