Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to read, write, and speak English; Spanish is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- HVAC/R or similar industry experience preferred (2+ years)
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and over the phone with a positive, professional attitude
- Assist multiple customers at once in a fast-paced environment
- Answer questions and troubleshoot issues
- Enter orders, process payments, returns, and warranties
- Prepare and follow up on quotes to drive sales
- Recommend additional products and promotions to meet customer needs
- Build strong customer relationships and keep the showroom clean and organized
