In this dynamic role, you’ll be the face of our brand—helping customers find the right products, keeping our showroom in top shape, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Friendly and customer-focused with strong communication skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and quick to learn
Comfortable working independently and with a team
Lift and carry 20–50+ lbs regularly
Sit, stand, bend, twist, kneel, and reach throughout the day
Push and pull 20+ lbs
Climb ladders and stock items in overhead areas
Safely handle large or oddly shaped products
Maintain a clean driving record (no major or repeated infractions)

Responsibilities

Answering incoming customer phone calls and providing support
Assisting customers at the sales counter and over the phone with professionalism and product knowledge
Maintaining a clean, well-stocked showroom
Coordinating product deliveries with customers and internal teams
Managing inter-company product transfers
Learning about our products to confidently assist customers (training provided)
Supporting additional tasks as needed—teamwork is everything!
