About The Position

This position requires an individual with technical understanding of plumbing and heating (field experience desired) and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a team player, enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude. Duties & Responsibilities: Essential Functions: Assisting customers, in person and on the phone, with their plumbing and heating needs Ensure delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing Customer-service and sales-oriented Must be an excellent communicator Have a working knowledge of plumbing/heating products and industry Be skilled in computer use (ability to master Eclipse software) as well as internet for customer service knowledge Establishes and maintains customer relationships, communicates with customers and co-workers to provide a quality customer experience Ability to exhibit a positive, friendly and helpful attitude with customers and to be sensitive to their needs. Ensure customer satisfaction Able to meet deadlines Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
