About The Position

Style Crest, Inc. is a leading distributor and manufacturer of a variety of building products designed for manufactured and residential site built homes. We have an excellent career opportunity available for a Counter Sales/ Warehouse and Delivery Associate, in our Atlanta, GA facility. In this role, your primary responsibility will be making deliveries to customers (in a 26' box truck) within 150 mile radius from the store, working in the warehouse and assisting with counter sales and customer pickups as needed. Must be Bilingual in Spanish KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Handles customer pickups of returns and damage product Engage customers at the counter, assess their needs, provide product recommendations, and process transactions accurately using POS systems to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain familiarity with product inventory, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure accurate pricing and display of merchandise to support efficient branch operations. Drives company truck for deliveries to customers Assists in inventory and cycle counts Unloads customer deliveries at customer premises Collects payment from customer for delivered product when required Keeps assigned vehicle clean and practices good housekeeping Works with manager to route and properly load all trucks All other duties as assigned by management Complete daily pre and post trip vehicle inspections Completes assigned training as required Works in warehouse on occasion under the direction of location manager or and warehouse staff Maintains accurate shipping paperwork. Should have good judgment and decision-making skills to properly handle product and load / unload trucks efficiently for safe, damage free delivery. Must have valid license for type of vehicle being driven and meet all DOT driver requirements. Works with customers and other associates daily and should reflect positive image to the customer. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use good judgment and some problem-solving skills

Requirements

Must be binlingual in Spanish.
Maintains accurate shipping paperwork.
Should have good judgment and decision-making skills to properly handle product and load / unload trucks efficiently for safe, damage free delivery.
Must have valid license for type of vehicle being driven and meet all DOT driver requirements.
Works with customers and other associates daily and should reflect positive image to the customer.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to use good judgment and some problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities
