We are now going to the market under one bold new brand, Echo Electric.  We have a great opportunity for a motivated Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate to join our team! The Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining product knowledge and is encouraged to market and promote new products. In addition, assist customers during the sales/purchase process and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. The Counter Sales/Warehouse Associate also assists with warehouse functions as needed on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent, as determined by Echo Electric.
  • A minimum of one year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, stay organized and work within a team.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills.
  • Completion of EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level or commitment to complete such training within 18 months of starting job assignment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software, while maintain professional sales demeanor.
  • Ability to track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating appropriate documentation, and placing follow-up calls.
  • Ability to maintain and develop customer relationships.
  • Actively stay up to date on product knowledge and generate product stock request.
  • Create and maintain positive working relationships and a safe and clean environment.
