Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Nice To Haves

• Experience in warehouse, counter sales, or customer service
• Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, or industrial products
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter, over the phone, and electronically
• Enter and process customer orders accurately
• Help customers identify products and solutions
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Place purchase orders and check product availability
• Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams
• Follow up on open orders and resolve issues
