Responsibilities

• Greet customers both in person and on the phone.
• Take customer orders and enter them into the computer system.
• Run the cash register and credit card machine.
• Answer customer questions related to construction materials.
• Assist customers in identifying their construction needs.
• Maintain store inventory by noting and re-ordering products when low.
• Keep the sales area neat and orderly.
• Continue to develop product knowledge to enhance customer relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service with a cheerful and helpful attitude.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
