Benefits begin on the first day of employment! We are looking for a talented person with Refrigeration and HVAC experience to become a Counter Sales Representative at our Ashtabula, OH location. Responsibilities of this position will include:

Requirements

Experience in the Refrigeration and HVAC industry.
Experience selling in distribution and wholesale channels
Proficient computer skills for reporting requirements as well as access and use of the company software system - NetSuite
Excellent communications skills
Ability to develop strong business relationships and alliances, externally and internally
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time wisely
Strong desire to meet goals and objectives
Maintains a sense of urgency, proactive
Ability to solve problems effectively
Creative approach to problem solving

Technical field experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day activities within the branch and assist in the effective operations.
Work with team members to increase the sales results and market share of our lead product lines.
Manage inventory through current systems and processes
Build relationships with current key customers and assist in cultivating new accounts.
