As part of a store team, our Counter Sales associates are responsible for ensuring customers' needs are met while supporting and executing IMS brand standards. This includes offering product knowledge, stocking, handling transactions and helping maintain a neat and clean environment within the store. Requirements

Computer experience is a plus
Prior metal knowledge is not required

Responsibilities

Use your people skills to provide an exceptional customer experience
Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns
Work with the warehouse team to keep store areas fully stocked and organized.
Use our point-of-sale software to quote, order and fulfill customer needs
You’ll be using various measuring tools such as a tape measure, calipers and micrometers when needed.
