This role offers an exciting transition from the hands-on world of Plumbing/HVAC to a dynamic customer-facing position where your expertise can directly impact customer satisfaction. Starting at $28/hr or more with experience Schedule M - F 7am - 4pm

Requirements

  • Industry Knowledge: A background in plumbing or HVAC is highly valued. Your technical knowledge will help you provide expert recommendations and solutions.
  • Sales and Customer Service Skills: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, with the ability to upsell and meet customer needs promptly.
  • Quick Thinker: Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-Centric Attitude: A strong desire to build relationships and offer outstanding service is essential.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfort with digital tools, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems, is important.
  • Eager Learner: Ability to quickly grasp new product information and processes.
  • Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs
  • Pre-employment drug and background screening required

Responsibilities

  • Offer Expert Product Recommendations: Help customers find the perfect products tailored to their needs.
  • Efficient Order Processing: Handle orders seamlessly using our order management system.
  • Handle Transactions Smoothly: Operate cash registers and adhere to our cash handling protocols.
  • Prepare Orders for Pickup: Get orders ready for customer collection with care and efficiency.
  • Uphold Store Presentation: Maintain a clean and inviting store environment while following merchandising guidelines.
  • Restock and Organize Merchandise: Ensure shelves are well-stocked and products are neatly arranged.
  • Promote a Safe Work Environment: Follow safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure workspace.
