About The Position

The Counter Sales Representative is the primary point of contact for walk-in customers and will-call orders. This role blends customer service, order entry, and light warehouse support in a fast-paced supply house environment.

If you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and working in a hands-on environment, this is a great opportunity to build experience in the plumbing supply industry.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (experience with Epicor Eclipse is a plus)
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Team-oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

• Previous plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or construction supply experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately in the system
• Pull and stage will-call orders for customer pickup
• Assist contractors and trade customers at the sales counter
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional counter area
• Stock shelves and help keep inventory organized
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure order accuracy
• Provide friendly, efficient service to customers
