About The Position
Regency Supply is looking for a sales driven, quick, and detail oriented person to join our team! In Counter Sales you will help customers with all their electrical needs in a way that is consistent with the company values of building relationships and providing excellent service. As a Counter Sales rep you will be assisting customers on their orders with excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Customer service driven, quick, detail-oriented, and problem solver.
- Sales Driven
- Basic Computer Skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Electrical field experience and/or knowledge of electricity and electrical materials preferred
Responsibilities
- Work the sales counter, handle purchase transactions, complete phone orders, orders from walk ins and email.
- Pick and pack will call orders, answer and transfer phone calls.
- Provide information to customers regarding products, pricing, services, and non-stock merchandise.
- Know and anticipate customer’s needs by being attentive to the customer and the store
- Provide solutions to customer’s orders
- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the team.
