We are currently seeking a full-time Parts Counter Sales Rep to join our team in Omaha, NE. RoadBuilders Machinery & Supply, founded in 1985, is a second-generation family-owned heavy equipment dealership with locations in Kansas, Nebraska, and Missouri. We are the preferred Komatsu and Takeuchi dealer in the Midwest. We provide a variety of machinery to our customers and exciting opportunities for our employees to work, grow and succeed. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to solve problems independently and as a team
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
  • Able to read, write and communicate in English
  • Able to carry and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to travel a needed for training or assisting at other locations, less than 10%

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in parts sales and inventory management is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers (both retail and shop) in identifying and purchasing the appropriate parts
  • Advise customers on related/companion parts and provide information on complete product lines
  • Prepare accurate price quotes and share any additional product or service details
  • Build strong customer relationships by delivering high‑quality, prompt, and attentive service
  • Verify parts availability and communicate expected lead times
