About The Position

The Sales Counter/Driver Associate plays a vital, hands-on role in nearly every aspect of branch operations — including customer service (both in-person and over the phone), warehouse support, and local deliveries. This position requires a motivated, knowledgeable, and energetic individual who can manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. With each branch staffed by a small, close-knit team of 3–4 people, all associates are cross-trained to ensure flexibility and shared responsibility. Requirements

A current or the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Certification
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. from the floor
Clean Motor Vehicle Report
Ability to use the computer for email, invoicing, and inventory management
High School degree or equivalent
Pass a required Drug Screen and Background check
Customer service and communication skills
Able to remain professional and courteous at all times

Nice To Haves

Prior sales, warehousing, and/or delivery experience
Bilingual is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Greet and direct customers
Customer service support for both In-person and over the phone. Must be able to answer customer questions about specific products/services (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
Entering orders in the ERP system
Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick-up or delivery
Develop and stay up-to-date on product knowledge through involvement in Company and vendor-sponsored training programs
Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service (especially during our busy season)
Assist with merchandising products, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment
Make local deliveries to the customer
Ensure that the store and all its properties are upholding the expectations of the Keeling Company brand: exceeding customer service expectations, cleanliness, atmosphere, and high energy.
All other duties are assigned by the branch manager or the Keeling Company leadership team.
