About The Position

Counter Sales Clerks have direct contact with the customer. Counter Sales Clerks greet customers, determine the customer’s needs, describe merchandise to the customers and answer the customer’s questions. Additionally, a sales clerk is responsible for entering and pulling orders as well as completing customer transactions. They are expected to compute sales prices and process the order. Requirements

  • Exceptional customer relations skills
  • Knowledgeable in HVAC service/sales
  • Basic computer skills, including but not limited to using order management software
  • Able to handle multiple assignments at once

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of industry experience
  • Comfortable answering the phone and making calls on behalf of the company
  • Able to lift at least 50lbs
