About The Position

We specialize in quality recycled, remanufactured (reman), and aftermarket auto parts, and we’re growing! We’re looking for a Counter Sales Associate who wants to be the face of Chuck’s — the first person our customers trust when they walk in or call with an automotive need. You don’t have to rebuild an engine in your sleep (although we won’t complain if you can), but you do need to understand vehicles and genuinely enjoy helping people find the right solution. Requirements
- Automotive knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
- Strong communication skills (phone skills are a must!)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
Nice To Haves
- Experience with recycled, reman , or aftermarket parts
- Background in collision, mechanical repair, or heavy equipment
- ASE certifications
- Bilingual skills
Responsibilities
- Helping retail and wholesale customers find the right recycled, reman, or aftermarket parts — in person and over the phone
- Providing accurate quotes, checking inventory, and coordinating with our yard and warehouse teams
- Delivering outstanding customer service — every customer, every time
- Navigating inventory systems, phones, point-of-sale software, and parts lookup tools
- Turning opportunities into sales and building lasting customer relationships
