The ideal candidate has excellent customer service abilities, strong phone skills, reliable, and is highly organized. SUMMARY: Perform all aspects related to parts sales, ordering, updating, and follow through. Qualifications

Requirements

  • Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
  • Retail/Parts/Customer service experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior RV/automotive parts experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide high level of service to internal and external customers.
  • Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Use current dealer management system, and be able to find and use the parts tools provided.
  • Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
  • Return phone calls, emails, and texts promptly.
  • Review estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
  • Pull and fill orders from stock.
  • Follow up on back-ordered parts and replenish fast moving parts inventory daily.
  • Notify the service advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have delays, progress, or have been received.
  • Fill out proper paperwork and communicate if a part is borrowed from a stock unit.
  • Call manufacturers and place orders for parts, write SPO's for order and attach copy to RO for customer/service.
  • Issue credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice, or its number, is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified.
  • Retrieve and document warranty parts.
  • Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special-order parts
