About The Position

Are you a natural leader with a passion for customer service and operations? We’re looking for a Counter Manager to oversee the counter sales department at a single branch location. In this role, you’ll lead a team responsible for handling customer interactions and ensuring all orders—whether placed by phone, in-person, email, text, or eStore—are processed accurately and staged for pickup. You’ll set the standard for service excellence while driving efficiency and alignment with company goals.

Requirements

  • Experienced with 3–5 years in customer service
  • Skilled at managing and leading teams in a retail or wholesale environment
  • Strongly committed to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Familiar with order processing and staging procedures
  • Adept at analyzing and resolving customer service challenges
  • An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring customers receive prompt, professional service with the highest standards of quality
  • Overseeing the processing of orders across all channels (phone, in-person, email, text, and eStore)
  • Directing the team to efficiently pull and stage orders for customer pickup
  • Maintaining essential retail tasks including merchandising and storefront organization
  • Managing and scheduling the counter sales team while ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards
  • Evaluating team performance, providing feedback, and conducting regular performance reviews
  • Partnering with inventory and warehouse teams to coordinate product availability and streamline operations
  • Monitoring service quality and order accuracy, implementing improvements as needed
