About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury cosmetic lines. The Counter Manager will be responsible for managing the counter sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, retail experience, and the ability to drive sales, leadership experience and meet customer needs. The Counter Manager will manage day-to-day operations of the counter, including opening and closing procedures, and will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, inquiries, and complaints. Additionally, the role involves training and developing sales associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills. The Counter Manager will monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment, implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and drive sales, and conduct regular performance evaluations for sales associates, providing feedback for improvement. Collaboration with store management to develop sales goals and strategies is also a key aspect of this position.
