The Counter Attendant at Church Street Depot LLC is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. This role involves preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy items for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler's certificate a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and provide information about Church Street Depot and outstanding customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons.
• Stock service areas with necessary supplies in accordance with company standards.
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
