  • Ensure customer satisfaction by handling counter transactions in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner.
  • Acknowledge all customers with a friendly smile and is highly responsive to needs and requests.
  • Communicate clearly with each customer in a friendly and courteous way.
  • Participate in team service to ensure each customer is served quickly.
  • Resolve customer problems with a sense of urgency.
  • Accomplish all work assignments with excellence.
  • Wrap and stock desserts and supplies.
  • Place desserts out for display and monitor inventory of items out for sale.
  • Keep workstations and areas neat and clean.
