Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present a professional, enthusiastic attitude.
• Process rentals and sell optional services to customers.
• Recognize opportunities to present upgrades and negotiate discounts when necessary.
• Complete and open contracts, providing necessary rental information and obtaining customer signatures.
• Check vehicles for mileage, gas levels, and any new damage upon return.
• Maintain and organize all closed contracts and ensure they are scanned to the server.
• Update rental agreement files and manage overdue rentals by contacting customers.
• Ensure all vehicles are ready for rental, including completing checklists and confirming reservation details.
• Answer phone calls, handle customer inquiries, and direct calls as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the rental office and perform custodial duties.
