About The Position

As a Count Team member, you will be part of the crew responsible for collecting and processing large volumes of casino currency with precision, speed, and security. From kiosk machines to casino drops, your attention to detail keeps the numbers accurate and the operation running smoothly. While you may not be guest-facing, your work is essential in creating those WOW moments guests experience on the floor—because when everything adds up behind the scenes, the magic happens out front.

Requirements

Can handle multiple tasks at one time
Exceptionally skilled in counting and handling high volumes of money
Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
Flexible to work outside of the primary schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Collection of cash, tickets and tokens from each slot machine, cashless wagering kiosk, parking kiosk, satellite banking kiosk, arcade games and any other machine or revenue area as instructed
Effectively perform the functions of counting, sorting, strapping, racking, transporting, and recording of all funds in the count operation
Maintain proficiency in operation of all programs and equipment used in the drop and count process
Ensure maintenance of a clean and organized count room
Ensure adequate cleaning and maintenance of all drop and count equipment
Produce and maintain accurate count team data
