About The Position

Responsible for planning, supervising, and monitoring the work of the count room team members.
Orders and maintains an inventory of operating supplies.
Ensures internal control and safety procedures are always adhered to.
Maintains compliance with Virginia Lottery regulations and company policies and procedures.
Assures each count team and drop pick-up team is appropriately staffed and the drop is collected and counted most efficiently.
Conducts Performance Reviews by policies and procedures; provides feedback; coaching and development guidance as needed.
Weighs, counts, wraps, and records slot drop according to procedure.
Sorts, counts and records contents of table game drop boxes according to procedure.
Verifies quantity against records.
Responsible for general upkeep of the soft count room.
Repairs and maintains count room equipment.
Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
