Requirements

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
• Will be willing to work various shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Over 1 year of experience in high-volume cash handling with working knowledge of 10-key and currency counting equipment
• Strong mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for interacting with business contacts
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and the capacity to carry and lift at least 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the collection of cash, tickets, and tokens from slot machines, kiosks, and other revenue areas as instructed
• Perform counting, sorting, strapping, racking, transporting, and recording of all funds in the count operation efficiently and accurately
• Maintain proficiency in all programs and equipment used in the drop and count process, ensuring operational effectiveness
• Work independently to plan and strategize for an efficient and secure operating environment in the absence of the Count Team Manager
• Assist in managing Count Team staff, including scheduling, training, and tasks necessary for the success of the operation, while ensuring a clean and organized count room
