About The Position

The Count Room Attendant at Parx Casino is responsible for accurately counting and reconciling casino gaming revenue while adhering to company standards and compliance regulations. This role involves interacting with customers, operating count room equipment, and ensuring the security and integrity of the count room operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to lift, kneel, stand, walk, carry weight, and grip tools for a full eight (8) hour shift.
• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to comprehend spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Quickly, courteously, and accurately perform tasks associated with counting and reconciling casino gaming revenue.
• Adhere to all company service and operating standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Collect bills and ticket vouchers from slot machines in accordance with established procedures.
• Interact courteously with customers during the collection of bills and tickets on the casino floor.
• Operate count room equipment in a highly secure environment.
• Comply with all rules and operating procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the count room operation.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
