The Count Member at Isleta Resort & Casino is responsible for performing drop and soft count duties, accurately counting and recording revenue generated from various gaming activities. This role ensures compliance with gaming regulations and internal procedures while maintaining integrity and confidentiality. The position requires a commitment to world-class guest service and involves interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Perform drop and soft count duties.
Remove and replace Currency Acceptor box(es) from slot machines.
Remove and replace cassettes from kiosk machines.
Process funds from various gaming entities.
Operate currency machines.
Verify and transfer processed currency according to strict policies.
Promote and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for skill enhancement.
Greet internal and external guests, maintaining positive guest relations through efficient service.
Perform other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Six months cash handling experience preferred.
Three months Drop and Count Team or related experience preferred.
Must acquire and maintain a Gaming License issued through POIGRA.
Pass pre-employment drug test and background investigation.
Adhere to strict processes, procedures, SOP's, and regulations.

Moderate computer skills and ability to operate a 10-key calculator and Microsoft applications.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
