About The Position
The position of Guidance Counselor at Pleasant Grove Elementary is focused on providing support and guidance to students in their academic, social, and emotional development. The counselor will work closely with students, parents, and teachers to create a positive and supportive school environment. Responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, developing and implementing programs to promote student well-being, and collaborating with staff to address student needs. The counselor will also be involved in crisis intervention and will provide resources for students and families in need.
