Ensure that all casework services are consistent with the operating policies of the Office of Community Corrections (OCC) and other regulatory agencies. Ensure that participant documents such as a copy of all intake materials are placed in participant files including those provided by supervising agencies (e.g., Probation, Parole, and Sheriff’s Department). Complete intake assessments utilizing assessment tools (e.g. LS/RNR, TCUDS, etc.); assess risks/responsivity needs; and develop treatment plans for each assigned participant. Ensure that treatment plans and goals for transition are completed and reviewed on a monthly basis. Provide feedback to participants. Make necessary referrals to outside agencies or departments as needed. Case manage community based-services. Complete regular check-ins with participants. Document participant interaction (i.e., client notes) as needed. Assign and track completion of Client Behavioral Interventions (CBI’s) as needed. Create an after care/discharge plan for each assigned participant. Facilitate CBT manualized groups to fidelity. Submit to/conduct group audits. Utilize technology for programming needs (i.e., virtual meetings/groups or hybrid models). Keep participant data and information updated in the system (Client Information Management System or CIMS). Transport or conduct drug testing on participants upon staffing deficiencies. Collection and documentation of urine screens as needed. Participate in all meetings and trainings as requested by the supervisor(s). Perform other duties as assigned or directed by the supervisor(s).
