Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
  • Eligibility for Colorado licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) and active pursuit of licensure.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
  • Commitment to providing culturally responsive and trauma-informed care.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in behavioral health settings preferred, including internships or practicum placements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intakes, clinical assessments, and assist in developing individualized treatment plans under supervision.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse client populations, within the scope of practice and supervisory guidance.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, supervisors, and other providers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in crisis intervention, team meetings, supervision, and professional development opportunities.
  • Engage in ongoing learning to strengthen clinical skills and work toward independent licensure.
