About The Position

Magnolia Belle Women's Addiction Wellness is seeking a skilled and compassionate counselor/therapist to join our addiction and dual diagnosis treatment program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in addiction and mental health treatment, and a passion for helping those struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Requirements

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
Addiction Counselors (RAC, CAC, and LAC) are encouraged to apply.
State licensure or certification as a counselor or therapist.
Experience working with addiction and dual diagnosis clients.
Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for addiction and mental health disorders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to use computer and the ability to drive.
Must be able to pass acceptable drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients with addiction and dual diagnosis disorders.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care for each client.
Provide education and support to clients' families and loved ones.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
