About The Position

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a passion for systems, organization, and student support? We’re looking for a Counselor Team Leader to support the daily operations of Edunation’s direct student recruitment team across Asia. In this role, you’ll handle key administrative and coordination tasks, provide internal support to our counseling team, and contribute to student recruitment by counseling students yourself. You’ll work closely with the Marketing & Sales Director to keep processes running smoothly and ensure the team is supported with the right tools, information, and structure.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Experience in administrative or operational support roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
  • Comfortable using common office tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Canva, and CRM systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in international education or student counseling is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and host team activities for webinars and sales events (e.g. managing attendance, preparation, live support, and follow-up)
  • Track and record counselors’ working hours and activities
  • Review and process leave requests, sick leaves, reimbursement claims, and expense reports
  • Calculate and manage team bonus payouts and related documentation
  • Distribute incoming leads to counselors and track follow-up using Edunation’s Model
  • Support the counseling team with internal questions related to tools, programs, and processes
  • Train new and existing team members on Edunation’s services, systems, and workflows
  • Maintain internal dashboards and team performance trackers
  • Coordinate SOPs, internal updates, and communication materials
  • Manage the flow of information between the counseling team and other departments
  • Participate in internal meetings and document key actions and updates
  • Counsel students directly and meet a personal KPI of submitted applications per month
