Requirements

Master’s Degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, social work, psychology) with licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or certification (CAADC), or eligibility to obtain.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with CADC, or eligibility to obtain.
Associate’s Degree in a related field with CAAC, or eligibility to obtain.
High School Diploma with CAAC.

Responsibilities

Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions for young adults focused on substance use recovery, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and healthy coping skills.
Provide individualized therapy sessions and ongoing case management for your assigned clients.
Conduct intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and level-of-care recommendations as needed.
Develop and regularly update personalized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals.
Collaborate with clients’ families (when appropriate), referral sources, and internal team members to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and clinical supervision to enhance the quality of client care.
