Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, social work, psychology) with licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or certification (CAADC), or eligibility to obtain.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with CADC, or eligibility to obtain.
  • Associate’s Degree in a related field with CAAC, or eligibility to obtain.
  • High School Diploma with CAAC.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions for young adults focused on substance use recovery, relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and healthy coping skills.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions and ongoing case management for your assigned clients.
  • Conduct intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and level-of-care recommendations as needed.
  • Develop and regularly update personalized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals.
  • Collaborate with clients’ families (when appropriate), referral sources, and internal team members to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and clinical supervision to enhance the quality of client care.
