Counselor Opening - Chattanooga Public Schools (Signing Bonus Available)

Chattanooga Public Schools is seeking a Certified School Counselor to support students across our PreK-12 campus. We are looking for a compassionate, student-focused professional dedicated to helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. What We're Looking For: Experience in group counseling, character development, and delivering guidance lessons A team player who communicates effectively with students, staff, and families A professional eager to be actively involved in school events and community outreach Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee state testing Provide academic and personal counseling across grade levels Assist in the oversight of ICAP Assist with student scheduling and course planning Offer crisis intervention support Promote collaboration among students, teachers, and parents This is a meaningful opportunity to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking district committed to the whole-child approach.
