About The Position

Access Ohio, LLC is seeking full-time Counselors to provide supportive treatment in an outpatient community mental health services setting. The role involves assessment, individual counseling, and case management for patients in the Central Ohio/Columbus area. The ideal candidate will have strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to provide comprehensive therapy in various community settings.

Requirements

• Master's Degree with a license in Social Work or Counseling preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree with a license in Social Work or Counseling will be considered.
• At least one year of experience working with individuals with serious mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with evidence-based models and theories related to psycho-education and motivational interviewing.
• Knowledge of community treatment and support services such as NAMI.
• Strong organizational and self-motivation skills.

Responsibilities
