Summary: The Counselor III Clinician provides community-based therapy services to youth enrolled in CCMH’s Youth and Family program. The Counselor III works on a multi-disciplinary team with higher acuity youth and families. Requirements
- Licensure is required (LCSW, LPC).
- Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required.
- Two years related work experience to include Crisis, Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services preferred.
- Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.
- All QMHP positions in the state of Oregon will need to be filled by candidates who are officially QMHP certified or registered with MHACBO.
Responsibilities
- The Counselor III Clinician provides community-based therapy services to youth enrolled in CCMH’s Youth and Family program.
- The Counselor III works on a multi-disciplinary team with higher acuity youth and families.
- This position will also support the Youth and Family Department’s Outpatient Clinic, providing assessments and counseling services for less acquit clients
